Very smooth and very powerful lyrics. The best part is when she says…“I’ll be alright!” This phrase alone is so relatable to so many of us that have been taken for granted. No matter the obstacle. Deep inside we know we will be alright. But it’s so much easier when that one is there to ease our explosive minds.
Self-explanatory! But some of us want it all. Greed. Gluttony. We have to control every second of our existence. Besides (shrugs shoulders)… we only have one life.
When the powerful realize that they’re powerless to their addiction. When your addiction whispers in your ear, “that you don’t understand what the true meaning of power is!” Who has the real power? In hindsight you never did. You just thought that you did. Now embrace the embarrassment.
With all of my demons, the eternal question is, is there enough time in my life to handle your demons too? Together we’re sword and shield. No one should fight demons alone!

A nice cold glass of lemonade with sliced lemons and extremely large ice cubes just to keep the day chilled. Add a a couple of shots of vodka to bring that smile out of the wilderness where it’s been hiding since last weekend.
